An application for conducting consumer studies and managing shop or service point customer purchasing experience.
The application allows analyzing the customer purchasing process step-by-step, examining the most popular purchasing paths, supporting visual merchandising, and checking the impact of interior design on the customer’s mood at a store.
The application was created in collaboration with Merit Lead – a company responsible for the scientific correctness of the studies. Using the virtual reality technology during consumer studies substantially reduces their costs and allows employing an easily-modifiable VR environment multiple times. For our customers, we create dedicated application versions intended for individual research goals.
